Before you consider taking any herbs or supplements, speak with your healthcare practitioner.

Uva Ursi (Bear Berry)

Aloe Vera Extract
has antibacterial and anti-fungal properties which remove bacteria from the body. It has been hypothesised that the ability of aloe vera to increase the body's production of glycosaminoglycan (GAG) molecules can repair and heal the bladder lining.
Dandelion root extract
has numerous health benefits, most commonly used to help with liver problems and to also help with the normal functioning of the kidneys. Dandelion is also taken by mouth to increase urine production and as a laxative to increase bowel movements. Some people take Dandelion as part of their health regime along with other supplements to prevent or treat UTI. Shop here
Marshmellow root
is a unique herb that has been used for centuries because of its abundance of natural healing properties. It works as a mucilage, producing a thick sticky substance that coats membranes and contains anti-inflammatory properties. It can cool and soothe the body and is great for skin, hair, digestion and bladder health.
Curcumin (Turmeric)
For those of you unfamiliar with turmeric, it’s an antioxidant-rich staple that has anti-inflammatory benefits. The most active component of turmeric is curcumin which has strong anti-bacterial properties that helps to treat UTIs and boost the immune system. It has been suggested that curcumin reduces inflammation of the bladder lining during flares.
