Recommended Dosage:

Take 1 scoop (1 gram) - 1 to 3 times daily mixed with water, with or without meals, or as directed by your healthcare professional. Scoop is included with every bottle.

Tips for using D-mannose: 

INTIMACY:
Take 1-2 scoops after intimacy or before bed.
Optional: Take 1 scoop in the morning with water.

PAY ATTENTION:
As soon as you feel ANY sting or burning sensation, STOP immediately what you're doing and take 1 scoop of D-mannose for at least days (2-3 times per day with water). Stay away from sugary or caffeinated drinks.

ALONGSIDE ANTIBIOTICS:
Safe to take alongside a course of antibiotics (daily) and continue for at least 1 week after to avoid needing a second course of antibiotics. 

FEELING VULNERABLE:
If you have flares from certain triggers (eg. coffee, alcohol or stress) then take 1 scoop mixed with water. 

PREVENTION: Before bedtime, drink 300ml of water with D-powder to stay in your bladder while you sleep, this helps to calm the bladder and flush away any potential bacteria when you urinate in the morning.
