Recommended Dosage:
Take 1 - 3 tablets daily with a glass of water, with or without meals, or as directed by your healthcare professional. (80 tablets are in every bottle)
Tips for using D-tablets:
INTIMACY:
Take 1-2 tablets after intimacy or before sleeping.
Optional: Take 1 tablet in the morning with water.
PAY ATTENTION:
As soon as you feel ANY sting or burning sensation, STOP immediately what you're doing and take 1 tablet of D-mannose for at least days (2-3 times per day with water). Stay away from sugary, spicy or caffeinated drinks.
ALONGSIDE ANTIBIOTICS:
Safe to take alongside a course of antibiotics (daily) and continue for at least 1 week after to avoid needing a second course of antibiotics.
FEELING VULNERABLE:
If you have flares from certain triggers (eg. coffee, alcohol or stress) then take 1 tablet with water.
PREVENTION:
Before bedtime, take 1 Tablet with water to stay in your bladder while you sleep, this helps to calm the bladder and flush away any potential bacteria when you urinate in the morning.
