Dandelion Root x 30 Tea Bags
Dandelion can be found growing everywhere including on the side of the footpath. Many people treat it as a troublesome garden weed but if only you knew the benefits that it has to offer! Dandelion paired with another herb called uva ursi, may help prevent urinary tract infections. It's believed this combination works because of anti-bacterial compounds in uva ursi, and the increased urination associated with dandelion.
The liver plays a vital role in detoxification and many other metabolic processes in the body. Herbalists believe that a poorly-functioning liver can have a wide-ranging impact on overall health. Dandelion is classified as choleretic, a herb that improves bile flow and hepatoprotective, a herb that protects liver cells.
